Personalisation Details
When ordering, please provide:
Name to be displayed in the frame.
Frame style – Crayons or Pencils.
If choosing Crayons, please select any 3 Crayola crayon colours you’d like (the choices are endless!).
If choosing Pencils, colours come as shown in the second product photo.
Frame colour – White or Black.
Photo Size & Display
Recommended photo size: 6" x 8" (slightly larger to fit perfectly in the mount).
Please note: This product does not include a glitter background. It comes as shown in the first photo with a natural wooden board ready for your photo.
Your Order Process
Once you send your details, we’ll create your design and email you a preview for approval.
If we don’t hear back within 72 hours, we’ll assume you’re happy and proceed with production.

Please note that personalised items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive faulty or damaged, so double-check all custom details before placing your order.
If there’s ever a problem with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll put it right with a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days if you change your mind (unused and in original condition).
