Please email 9 high-quality photos to keepsakesbyd@gmail.com. Please quote your name and order number when sending photos.
You can choose to replace one of the photo spaces with wording instead.
Your Order Process
Once we receive your photos (and any wording), we’ll create a preview design for your approval.
If we don’t hear back within 72 hours, we’ll assume you’re happy with the design and proceed with production.

If there’s ever a problem with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll put it right with a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days if you change your mind (unused and in original condition).
